Shipping products used by real users across the world.
Full-stack roots.Frontend soul.
I'm Anuj Choudhary — a software engineer from India who builds things that feel unreasonably good to use.
I started in frontend, picked up backend along the way, but always came back to where the user lives. My edge: turning complex software into experiences that just click.
Two years. Real products. Real users. I don't write components — I own the experience.
My stack is opinionated by design.
Next.js for architecture. TypeScript because I respect future-me. Tailwind + shadcn/ui for velocity without visual debt. Three.js and Framer Motion for the moments users feel but don't consciously notice.
I've shipped fintech KYC flows, real-time messaging systems, 3D product configurators, multilingual storefronts, and AI video editors. If it lives in a browser, I'll make it exceptional.
Startups. Real products.Real ownership.
I've built at startups that move fast and ship faster. Every product I've touched has had real users depending on it.

Owning the frontend of an AI video platform — from zero to 2,000 users in beta.
I joined Ukumi.ai as the frontend engineer and architected the platform from scratch. After a company restructure, the product evolved into Montage — an AI tool that turns long-form video into 10–20 polished 30–60s clips in under 5 minutes. I own every pixel. Component architecture, state management, the interactive clip editor, word-level caption control, 9:16 reframe workflow — all of it. Montage is live in beta with 2,000+ users and growing.
- Architected complete frontend for AI video editing platform — scalable components, clean state from day one
- Built the interactive product playground used in client demos — directly contributed to early customer acquisition
- Led frontend through full product pivot from Ukumi.ai to Montage with zero downtime to existing users
- Montage beta: 2,000+ total users, real-time editing, word-level clip refinement, 9:16 reframe + caption export

◉ Sunset — product no longer live. I've built at companies that didn't make it. The code still shipped. The users still came. The lessons compounded.
